Sales Supervisor Paphos & Limassol Area

FROU FROU GROUP OF COMPANIES seeks to employ a high-profile individual for the position of Sales Supervisor Paphos & Limassol Areas.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Responsible for the organization and management of a Sales Department, will lead the Ex- Van team of sales personnel and provide them with guidance and support, assist them with problem solving and cater for their training needs and motivation. Will be responsible, amongst other duties, for negotiating with customers, implementing company policies, working towards sales and profitability objectives and striving for the development of new business.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Higher education graduate
• At least 3 years working experience in a relevant FMCG position
• Good communicator, computer literate and fluent in Greek and English
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
• Hard working individual with good organizational and leadership skills
• Numerical and analytical thinking capacity and quality orientation
• Adaptability and resilience, efficiency, self-motivation and initiative.
An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the suitable candidate about €30.000 per year, based on qualifications and years of experience with prospect for 13th and 14th salaries and other benefits.
